$1,000 Joint Council 41 Scholarship
Congratulations to Nick Magaletta on being selected as the Joint Council 41 recipient of a $1,000 scholarship award. Nick was born and raised in Loveland, Ohio. He graduated AP Scholar with Distinction from St. Xavier High School with a 4.0 cumulative GPA.
During his high school career, he assisted his peers as a Calculus and Biology tutor. He also volunteers as a Habitat for Humanity site coordinator, which he plans to continue.
Nick was the captain of his club soccer team, is a 3rd Degree Black Belt and enjoys Tae Kwon Do. He was the 2015 AAU Tae Kwon Do National Sparring Champion and finished third in 2016 AAU Tae Kwon Do National Sparring. He plans to continue with OSU’s Tae Kwon Do team.
